Chicago Opera Theater presents The Beekeeper. A magical realism opera filled with themes of nature and the cycle of life and death.

You might like The Beekeeper if you have experienced returning to your childhood home and finding it different than you remembered if you want to hear more opera created by women, if you feel particularly grounded in nature, or if you’re moved by stories about family.
